Andrew Sabin

Andrew Sabin (born 1958) is an English sculptor and visual artist working in London.[1]

Life and Work

Sabin was trained at the Chelsea School of Art (1979–83).[2]

Current projects

His latest project The Coldstones Cut,[3][4] is a site-specific construction formed of quarried limestone blocks creating a viewing platform at Coldstones Quarry, which according to the Yorkshire Post at least is 'probably the highest quarry in England'. It is situated close to the village of Greenhow on the western edge of Nidderdale, 3 miles from Pateley Bridge in Yorkshire.[5]
